Missouri River & Other Local Creeks and Rivers
In addition to our core Bozeman-area trips on the Madison, Gallatin, and Yellowstone, we also offer guided fly fishing options on the Missouri River and a variety of other local creeks, spring creeks, smaller rivers, private water, and stillwater fisheries when conditions line up.
The Missouri River is a great option for anglers looking for a different style of Montana fly fishing, with strong trout numbers, technical dry fly opportunities, productive nymphing, and consistent tailwater fishing throughout much of the season. Because of the extra travel time from Bozeman, Missouri River trips are typically booked as full-day trips and requires a two-day minimum depending on availability and season.
We also guide select local creeks, smaller rivers, spring creeks, private water, and lakes around Southwest Montana. These trips can be a great fit for anglers looking for a quieter experience, walk-wade fishing, beginner-friendly water, or a more custom day based on season, weather, and current river conditions.
Availability for the Missouri River and other local waters varies by season, conditions, and guide availability. Reach out and we’ll help match you with the best option for your dates, experience level, and fishing goals.
